Cardboard edge protector
An L-profile protector placed on the vertical edges of a pallet load; it carries strapping pressure and adds stacking strength.
An edge protector (corner board) takes the pressure of strapping and stretch film instead of the carton corner, and carries vertical load on the pallet. Cardboard edge protectors are made of multi-layer kraft paper; thickness, width and length are set to suit the pallet size.
