Privacy notice for website visitors and form users

Biyopak Ambalaj Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Biyopak"), as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), uses this notice to inform you about the personal data processed through biyopak.com.

Personal data we process

• Quote, sample, contact and call-back forms: your name, email address, phone number, company name, country, the product you are interested in, quantity and size details, your message, your preferred call-back time and the page you sent the form from.
• Newsletter subscription: your email address, preferred language, and subscription and confirmation dates.
• Security records: your IP address and the time of submission when you send a form.

Our website does not place tracking or advertising cookies on visitors' devices. Usage statistics are kept without cookies and in a form that does not identify you (such as the page visited and the device type).

Purposes and legal grounds

• To answer your quote, sample, information and call-back requests and to contact you: because it is directly related to establishing a contract at your request (KVKK Art. 5/2-c), and your consent on the form.
• To send the newsletter: your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1). The subscription starts only after you confirm it via the link sent to your email address.
• To prevent misuse of the forms and automated attacks, and to keep the website secure: our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).

Transfer of personal data

Your personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. It is stored on the servers of the provider that hosts the website. Request notifications are delivered to our team through our business email service. Where legally required, it may be shared with authorised public authorities.

How we collect it

Your personal data is collected electronically when you fill in the forms on our website or subscribe to the newsletter.

Your rights under KVKK Article 11

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request its deletion or destruction under the conditions of the KVKK; to request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom it was transferred; to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You can end your newsletter subscription at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.

You can send requests about your rights by email to info@biyopak.com or in writing to Ataköy Towers A Blok No:20/1-70, Bakırköy / İstanbul. Requests are concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest.
